Terms and conditionThis "Terms of Service" (referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contractbetween you, identified as the user(s) of Paikariwala (referred to as "You," "Your," or "User"),whose registered office is located at Gulbag, Chattagram, and us (referred to as "We" or "Our"),and it governs your access to or utilization of Paikariwala (as defined below).By accessing, signing up for, or using Paikariwala in any way, you fully and unequivocallyacknowledge and consent, with no exceptions, to abide by all the terms outlined in thisAgreement.Consequently, we urge you to conscientiously peruse this Agreement, along with anyinterconnected policies mentioned herein, collectively termed as the "Contract." These materialsencompass vital information pertaining to your legal entitlements, available solutions, andresponsibilities.Definitions:"Confidential Information" refers to all non-public information that one party (the "Disclosing Party") shares with the other party (the "Receiving Party") in this Agreement, whether communicated verbally or in writing. This includes information designated as confidential or information that should reasonably be considered confidential given its nature and the context of disclosure. Its important to note that Confidential Information excludes: (i) information that becomes publicly known without any breach of obligations to the Disclosing Party, (ii) information already known to the Receiving Party prior to disclosure as evidenced by written records, or (iii) information independently developed by the Receiving Party without relying on the Disclosing Partys Confidential Information."Intellectual Property Rights" encompass patents, copyrights, registered designs, trademarks, and service marks (whether registered or not), database rights, design rights, and other proprietary rights granted by various jurisdictions, including rights in inventions, software, source code, object code, applications drawings, performances, software, business names, and applications for the protection of these rights.
